GMA's Member Referral Program Pricing
Set-up
- Complete design and programming for secure website, maintained by GMA, that includes: an online form that referring members fill out and a thank-you page that appears once the form is submitted, which includes a button to bring members back to credit union site afterward. Top and bottom of pages to be designed to coordinate with credit union's website.
- Maintaining a database of all information submitted by members: name, street address, email address and phone number of referring member; name, street address, email address and phone number of person being referred for membership.
- Data processing required to produce lists of people referred for membership, and members who qualify for referral incentives.
- Access to administrative site where credit union can monitor all incoming referrals, if requested.
Fee: $2,000 covers all set-up work above. Special requests/customization also available; pricing upon request.
Regular Monthly Maintenance
$325. Additional maintenance will be quoted as requested.
Mailings To Referrals
GMA will mail a letter inviting referred persons to join the credit union as referrals are made.
Fee: $1.50 per letter plus postage. If a printed application is required, the cost of printing applications will be additional.
Mailings To New Members
GMA will receive a file of new members monthly and mail a package approved by the credit union to each new member, inviting them to make online referrals.
Fee: $1.50 per letter plus postage for up to 250 per month. Letters will be printed on credit union letterhead stock, to be billed separately based on annual mailing quantity estimate. Monthly mailings over 250 to be quoted separately.
Periodic Mailings To Membership Segments
GMA will produce periodic mailings to membership segments, inviting them to make online referrals.
Standard package is an 8.5x11" letter mailed in special window envelope.
